Three minutes in the life of this Great Blue Heron

This is a House Finch but I also think he is blind, or mostly so. Both eyes look terrible and I can't see the eye as you will see in the video. The good thing is that he has figured out where the bird feeders are in our garden and where the bird water fountain is. When he flies down from the tree in our yard he hovers near the fountain for water then lands and does the same for the feeders. Must be his way to determine exactly where there are. I have been able to get within a foot of him without him flying away but if I make a noise he's gone! Also, when the other birds take off he mostly does so too.
