Happy Condo Anniversary !! Two years today, I got the best call ever after months of bidding wars. Gods plan prevailed. Patience was 🔑!

Wanted to share that my casita faired well during ”Ian”. Our property manager stated we only had limb and tree debris. We also have our power back on. 🙏🏼. I cant tell you how fortunate I feel, however my heart hurts looking at the devestation to the South of my home. Fort Myers is a beautiful place and I cant believe Ian literally took it off the map. The image of Brooke in the water is just outside of Port Charlotte just a few miles from Sanibel Island a couple years ago. The tears 😥.

Potentially, this patio will soon be whipped by rain in the next 48 hrs. It is probable the lake will be brewing with levels of water that those of us in the Pacific Northwest have never seen. The 100 year old grand oaks that surround my casita will be tested by the insane winds. This sunset will soon be covered by gray monsterous clouds that wont let the sunshine in for days. Please pray for my home away from home as it is in the direct path of Ian and he is apparently relentless.

Ybor is an 1880’s historical town outside of Tampa known for its Cuban, Italian and Spanish heritage. Its also known as Cigar City. This NOLA type quaint town is a 25 minute drive from the condo. Check it out 🌴. Be on the lookout for the wild chickens that free range around town and dont pass up eating at the Columbia Resteraunt. A place you will not want to miss !!!

Fishing local offshore !!! I can share with you a local resteraunt that will cook up your catch too !!!

Do you ever dream of offshore fishing in the gulf of mexico? Or maybe the interwaterways to line a grouper? Well, in one week we will soon find out just how great Florida fishing is. A small little 20 minute drive to the pier. Im so excited to experience yet another Florida outdoor adventure March 5. 🐠

So happy how my little condo’s pottery artwork turned out ! Cant wait to take it down soon.

WHATS IN A NAME? Well K-A-T were my initials growing up AND KAT was my nickname in school. So what better to add to “Condo” spelled with a “K” 😉
