Obviously, we are in Clearwater, Florida USA - not UK and we deal in player guitars, not vintage collectibles.

Posh music shop owners who hob-nobbed with celebrity clients convicted for part in £1million stolen guitar plot Rick and Justin Harrison, who said they supplied celebrity clients such as Noel Gallagher, inset, were caught after 157 guitars were stolen from a collector in Italy.

We still need to get more instruments ready from the back (we only sell instruments we've carefully checked out and expertly set up), and then get a bunch of accessories!

Rumor going around that Dean has "won" the lawsuit against Gibson seems untrue. Rather, it seems they "won" the right to bring evidence that other companies also make guitars in the style of LP's & SG's.

TAMPA, FL - Dean Guitars is proud to announce a significant legal victory in its long-standing trademark dispute with Gibson Brands, Inc. The U.S. Court of Appeals in the 5th circuit has ruled in favor of Dean Guitars by granting a full reversal and a new trial- vindicating the company’s position that its longstanding use of certain guitar models does not infringe on Gibson’s trademarks. The court held that evidence of countless other companies making these guitar models must be allowed to be shown in court.
