Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with authentic sabayon recipe insfused with white rum whipped in mascarpone, light cream and dusted with a Belgian cocoa powder.
4 Creme brûlée
This creme brûlée is a classic but elegant dessert! A creamy custard filled with bits of caramelized banana, Torched 4 times for that extra crackling goodness with delicious fresh fruit on top!
3 Passion Fruit Meringue Tart
This passion fruit tart is my all time favorite. Its like lemon meringue pie but better. The base is a shortcrust that is dense and crumbly filled with a passion fruit curd topped with Italian meringue.
3 Ispahan
My take on this iconic modern French pastry, ISPAHAN is a subtle combination of rose, raspberry MINUS the lychee (i just dont like the fragrant taste of it). Consisting of a crunchy Parisian macaron that combines raspberry, with a perfect balance of sweet and tart, with the smoothness of Rose buttercream.

- Eclair with jivara cremeux glazed with jivara fondant, sprinkled with cacao nibs and topped with brownie brittle.

Ube cheese pandesal - This is not your airy-typical pandesal. Its about 80-85 grams each roll as I use high gluten flour with ube halaya mix in my dough filled with creamy cheese. Isang pandesal lang busog ka na! Char!😄

Yema cake ba kamo? Here is a yema cake with a french twist. Yema Chiffon Macaron Cake. It is a 6 layer cake consisting macaron biscuit, yema filling, chiffon cake, yema chantilly, another layer of chiffon cake and finally yema glaze topped with creamy cheese and macaron shells around it.

* Yema Chiffon Macaron Cake ($35) - is an 8” cake with 6 layers consisting of (from bottom to top) macaron biscuit, yema filling, chiffon cake, yema chantilly, another chiffon cake covered with yema filling and topped with grated cheese and covered with macarons on the side
*Choco Butternut Donuts ($15/8pcs) - is a rich chocolate donut, glazed with chocolate ganache and dipped in butternut compote crumbs
Made some donuts, honey glazed choco donut, chocolate glazed choco donut and my take on not perfect but this will do. 😊
