In times of economic uncertainty such as this, we need our government to be as efficient and effective as possible. This isn't the case with our local government, our city is running on debt. Our high interest (7%) cost is increasing from $1 to $2 million, which diverts critical funding from infrastructure. Our employee pensions are not secure. Our balance sheet has diminished from $88 million to $50 million. The city forecasts that cash deficits will begin next year, which will cause us to burn through our general reserves. Our Capital reserves are almost gone. Each of these issues has worsened in the past four years. We need better fiscal stewardship and it begins this November. Out with the old, in with the new! I lend a fresh voice and viable solutions to help solve problems, collaborative with the Council. I will build trust with residents using candor, disclosure and fact-based decisions. Expenditures should be based on resident priorities. Problems need to be solved holistically to avoid tax stacks and retore trust. Residents are respected as our trusted partners.

While I'm running an honest and transparent campaign, my opponents have been launching an ugly smear campaign against me.

Instead of deflecting by attacking me, why don't my opponents address their plans to destroy our community with more high-density housing and urbanization? For example let's talk about McGowan's PVE Foundation and how they are conducting a land study for future high-density housing! This study will pave the way for the urbanization and destruction of our beloved Malaga Cove.

We must stand together to oppose this, I am the ONLY candidate with the COURAGE to stand between the money cabal and our assets.

Palos Verdes Estates has some of the most beautiful and untouched coastlines on the planet and we must remain diligent stewards of our land.

Several years ago, I founded the nonprofit PreservePVE to help advocate for our pristine landscape and to keep our community clean & vibrant. This cause remains at the forefront of my priority list as your next council member. Rest assured that I will continue to fight for our amazing landscape and all it has to offer!

There is a powerful PAC (political action committee) with HUGE funding from undisclosed donors that is running a smear campaign with false assertions. Are these donors developers?
