Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression and other mental health disorders. Those good feelings we get from helping kids in our communities can also lead to lower levels of stress, depression and anxiety. We give thanks for every PTA volunteer and wish you health and happiness in this season of gratitude.
