E-Bike Safety Tips!

Electric Bikes are the perfect summer ride! But they've been a hot safety topic around the South Bay.
We teamed-up with Richard Haynes Realty and Pedego Palos Verdes to share three e-bike safety tips for locals to enjoy their bikes while riding responsibly.

Safety Tip 1: Ride defensively! And be sure to teach your children riders the rules of the road.

Safety Tip 2: Bikes without pedals are considered motorcycles and require an M1 driver's license endorsement.

Safety Tip 3: The safest bike for kids is one that can legally be ridden on the bike path or lane, and a proper fitting will make for maximum safety.

And of course, never blow a stop sign and always wear a helmet.

Happy summer!!!
