Coaches...What message are you sending by rewarding players with playing time who show selfishness, disrespect towards their teammates, coaches and the umpires, poor sportsmanship and display flat out bad attitudes.

Our decisions as the one in charge in moments like this are a direct reflection on what's most important to us. Once again, this is bigger than Baseball. This is us helping them learn some traits that will be necessary to succeed in life OFF the field.

Where are our priorities guys? Get Your Mind Right.

Are you scared of failing or scared of success? It's up to you...

It's a mentality. It's a mindset. Its an approach. It's trusting your stuff. It's having fastball confidence. It's wanting to throw as few pitches as possible. It's not trying to be too fine on the corners of the plate. It's pitching down in the zone. It's being on the same page with your catcher. IT'S PITCHING TO CONTACT!!

These type of players, type of people, will be trusted, respected and looked up to, more in life than those who live with a sense of entitlement, feel they deserve this or that and who live with the mentality of, me first. Be Selfless, Be Humble, Be Grateful.

Hitters...the umpire didn't strike you out, you got yourself out by not taking advantage of the mistakes the pitcher made. Don't go back to the dugout upset with the umpire, man up and figure out what you did wrong. Direct your focus in the right direction for quicker progress.

So darn funny because it's true!

Back To Back State Champions !!! Great Job Bashers !!!

The 12U Bashers play in Marianna tomorrow for our first tournament of the season. Can't wait to watch these great kids play together again - the off season has seemed like forever....Good luck boys!

After a rough loss yesterday to Texas Elite the boys rallied back today and beat Panama 9-1! Good job boys!
