Prudhomme owned and operated K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen in New Orleans, where he delighted diners with his culinary magic. His upbringing on a farm near Opelousas, Louisiana, instilled a love for food, and he carried that passion throughout his remarkable career12.

Yesterday started out pretty rocky with the landlord trying to pull some shady things. But we ended up having a phenomenal last night at this location. Thank you all to our customers for the support and please look out for our new location when we secure one. Fingers crossed it will be very soon!!!
