Job details

Framing new homes, duplexes, garages, oversized garages, shed homes, siding and soffit install, remodeling of residential and commercial buildings.

Full time 40 hours a week,

W-2 employee

Required to work outside all 4 seasons in different weather conditions,

Must be able to lift over 80lbs

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Basic Tools

Must be willing to learn new skills,

Must have at least 15-20 years experience in all aspects of construction and home building/renovations. Must be able to multi task and keep crew members on task so that we complete project within the time frame. Must have REALIABLE TRANSPORTATION.

1. Must beable to read blue prints.
2. Knowledge of florida building code.
3. Must have experience in remodeling.
4. Must beable to be to work on time.
5. Must have OWN TOOLS

M-F work week

Hours are normally from 7am - 4pm

Pay is based on experience

Framing coming along great at the Grace and Glory Christian School!!

Framing has started at the Grace and Glory Christian School!!

Over the next few months I, Michael King will be working to join the 2 company's (Above All Construction & MK Coastal Renovations) together as one.

Jim Sansom is stepping down from the day to day operations but will continue to be a Huge part in his new role.. Im hoping he can enjoy some time relaxing and working on some projects that he has talked about!!!!
