It’s been a little bit since my last introduction post + things have changed so much so fast, so I’m thinking it’s time for a reintro 🫶🏽

Hey! My name is Jordan! 🌷I am the owner, creator, + maker behind Literari Goods Co! I started this business almost a year ago (!!) to celebrate my love of reading + give back to literacy in a new way. ten facts about me:
- i taught myself to read around 4 with a cookbook
- i am an INFJ + of that I am positive 💅🏼
- ive lived in texas, new jersey, washington, virginia, hawaii, and florida
- my obsessions are books, candles, tay, and harry styles + not sure the order
- i’m a reading teacher + dyslexia specialist (but i’m currently homeschooling my kids bc fl)
- I participated in a government simulation called Harvard Model Congress in hs on the Harvard campus in Boston; been doing nerdy things since day 1
- hardcore addicted to audiobooks, especially dark academia bc the voices are better?
- the beach is great in theory
- ADHD + Misophonia for days 🙉
- i’m 33 and unfortunately im still in vans I won’t change

- i will always love candles, but i’m obsessed with making magnetic bookmarks + book bags lately especially because I can do so on my butt
- I started selling wholesale around May ’24 + am currently in over 50 bookstores, which is just plain craziness

Being a candle maker means always staying one to two seasons ahead because of testing, sampling, labeling, + helping my retailers stock their shelves. Needless to say, it’s already fall in my house and in my heart 💙♥️

So many of my scents carried over from last year but the low hangers got the boot. This one is new. The first person to accurately guess what song this is a reference to will win a f r e e Plaid Shirt Days candle MONTHS before it releases.

Candle refills are FINALLY up on the website! While my dust covers will help you grow the prettiest wildflowers in your jar, if you absolutely love the scent you chose, I would love to refill it for you!

Simply place the vessel in the freezer, pop the hardened wax out, and then drop off your vessel at my pick-up/drop off location. Your refill will be ready within seven days and will be safe to burn.

14 oz. Candle Refill Here at Literari Goods, we love recycling! Ready to enjoy your favorite candle vessel again and again? Simply drop off your empty (this means no wax ;) ) vessel to me at a drop off location or any pop up event and your vessel will be refilled with the same scent within a week. As soon as the candle....

I was fully planning on releasing Florida Beach Read as part of a mini summer collection, but she is so good I may have to add her to the core collection. FBR is really unlike any other scent in the Literari library and it is giving a spa in the middle of a tropical paradise. You can imagine reading your favorite beach book, but fifty feet from a white wood paneled lobby of a five star resort.

There’s notes of sea breeze, coconut milk, light orange peel to cut the coconut (but not a hard-hitting citrus) over a base of vanilla bean. I wouldn’t say it smells like sunscreen but I will say you’ll get a waft of your neighbor’s sunscreen as the coastal breeze blows by you.
