Volunteers build ‘Community Garden’ near Salvation Army - MyParisTexas The Paris-Lamar County Health District, with the Salvation Army and dozens of volunteers, came together to build a community garden that was designed to not only “beautify the area” but provide ingredients to help feed the homeless community.

Health4U is a weigh-in location for Lighten Up East Texas.

Weigh out is April 29th - May 3rd.

Prize drawing is May 9th.

Health4U is now ready to serve Red River County at our new location. 🍎

We have done a complete remodel on the building to better serve the community.
We now have a private classroom, a complete gym, and a weigh room featuring our Tanita body composition analyzer.
Our street signs will also be installed soon.

We are so excited to offer Red River County a new Meals on Wheels Senior Center 5 days a week, but it wouldn't be possible without our new partnership with McKenzie Memorial United Methodist Church. Thank you to the congregation and Pastor Roe for your support as we provide hot, nutritious, noon-time meals as well as socialization to the seniors of Red River County!
