As a result, rush orders may not be able to be accepted due to proper curing time. Shipping is available at an extra cost. Please contact us for more information.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR ON ORDERS THAT HAVE OBVIOUSLY NOT FOLLOWED CARE AND WASHING GUIDELINES. ONCE YOU ACCEPT YOUR TUMBLER, IT IS YOURS. Refunds/discounts will only be given when a manufacturing error has been confirmed.

Have an idea that you want us to make? Please provide us with pictures and we can discuss our ability to create them. Please know that each item is unique and we will not be able to recreate something from a picture to match exactly. As they are handmade items, no two will ever be exactly alike.

All tumblers are made with care and attention to detail. As they are handmade items, small imperfections may be present. While these epoxy-free tumblers are very durable, they are not shatterproof or indestructible and should be handled with care. For best results, please HAND WASH ONLY and DRY IMMEDIATELY. Do not drop, soak, put in dishwasher, microwave or freezer. We can tell if the product has been mishandled and refunds will not be given due to not following care instructions written here. These instructions are also provided with every cup purchased.

I will do my best to work within your timeframe and specifications. However, my family comes first and I reserve the right to refuse orders based on my schedule or concern for my ability to fulfill them.
