What is Namaste all day?!

Namaste All Day is a day long Wellness retreat at the studio. You get to pick the classes of your choice to make the day perfect for YOU! Whether you want to challenge yourself physically, spend the day relaxing / recharging, or do a bit of both it's all up to YOU!

All sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length & will be lead by a variety of instructors from both Inner Whisper Studio, Soul Shine Yoga and Wellness & many surrounding studios. Offerings include yoga, dance, sound, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy & art. Classes will be located in Studio and also outside weather permitting 🤞🏻(think Summer Soul Shine Retreat but with more options!)

Lunch is included in the cost of the event.
If you'd like to add a "Namaste All Day 2024" Tank Top, please click the box above the calendar prior to selecting the date. Tanks will be $15 & a member to the NAD team will text you prior to the event to note your shirt size.
Some class sizes will be limited due to space, and (just like last year) we'll contact you via text to choose your classes prior to the event. You'll be contacted in the order you registered. Please register early so you get first dibs on which offerings you want to attend. The majority of classes will be announced by the second week in August, however, depending on the size of the event, we may add additional offerings if needed to accommodate all attendees.

Welcome in August super full moon the Sturgeon moon 🌕 & the last one of summer.
The word sturgeon means “stirrer” because they tend to spend their time at the bottom of the lake, stirring up the mud, looking for food. In August, they rise from the deep dark towards the surface…..
How can you rise from the deep dark parts & shine your light this month? What needs to be released to call in the new? Join us tomorrow night bring a rock from mother 🌎 with her permission.

Floating Sound Bath Friends! Please read!

Hello Beautiful people!

I wanted to give a few updates for the floating sound bath this weekend! I’ll be sending this via email as well, but just want to ensure everyone sees! As a reminder, Friday is sold out with a wait list. We have spots available for 8:30 the final float of the season.

It’s looking like Friday is a good day as far as weather! ☀️

In the event that we need to use our rain date, we will contact all participants via text Thursday evening.

Please do not forget to bring pillows, blankets, or anything else that will make you most comfortable. The air mattresses will keep you completely out of the water. We will not be bringing any blankets from the studio and it could get chilly in the evening.

1211 39th St NE, Canton, OH 44714

We will start promptly 8:30 so please arrive on time. Boarding will begin at 8:15pm. You will have help boarding your raft and a lifeguard will also be on duty for this event. Doors will be open at 8pm. If you arrive early you can grab food/drink at Bogeys and hang out for a bit!

Bogeys is open before and after our event, if you’d like to grab food or drink. They are offering 10% off if you mention you are there for our event!

We will have our Shine pop up shop with some smudge sticks, spray, and some bug spray as well. You can purchase before or after the event with PayPal or Venmo.
