We are so stinking proud of this kiddo and the hard work and dedication he has put into this. It’s been a long time coming but he finally was able to scoop up a Feature win at Ohio Valley Speedway! After endless hours of work that he and his crew chief daddio put in He told me today he was gonna win that race and he did just that. He led every lap of his heat race and his feature. Most importantly he had his papaw Cotton Sayre in victory lane with him! ❤️😍 He had quite the crew of friends cheering him on tonight, too!!

A slow start to the 2023 racing season, but Wheelman - Walker has been coming in hot! His first race two weeks ago he snagged a 2nd place feature finish. We headed back to the track last night where he was a hot commodity in the front of the pack capturing his first heat race win of the season and a solid 2nd place feature finish. Up early this morning to change hats and head to the baseball diamond in hopes of coming home with a win there as well! 🏁🏁

Our wheel man, Walker, has spent most of his off season on the wrestling mat. We made it back just in time to day from the state Championship for wrestling to roll his car into the mall for the 2023 Car show. Walker, his uncles, and his cousin Lucas’ cars are all on display this entire week. Find us outside of JCPenny!!

Walker completed his top three winnings at Mk Speedway tonight where he was able to snag his missing 2nd place finish! We are hoping to finish the year with at least one more race next weekend at another track! 💙🏁

Last night we loaded up the mini wedge and headed to MK Speedway in Annmoore, Wv. Walker was able to qualify 4th of 7 cars to start the heat race where he finished 3rd. After a order mix up he ended up starting 4th of the feature as well. In what turned into a caution filled knock out drag out fight to the checkered he was able to pull out a win in the last turn to the checkered!

We are so proud of him and his hard work over the last few years chasing this checkered flag. So excited to see what he can accomplish in the future with this under his belt now!

Mr. Wheel man has been busy on the football field but we are making a trip to MK Speedway this evening along with his dad in the flat kart!

Only breakfast fit for a King will do for our wheel man on this beautiful race day. After Walker finishes a few baseball games we will be headed to Tyler County Speedway. You know it’s going to be a good one when your breakfast order number is #27!

Last night we took Walker to Ohio Valley Speedway. He and his cousin lucas took the track together for the first time. In true Walker and Lucas fashion they were side by side through the entire night. Starting side by side in the heat race Walker walked away with a 2nd place finish and Lucas not far behind. In the feature they were able to pick up 4th and 5th place finishing spots in a packed 10 man Class.

Tonight we have ventured down to Tyler Mountain Kartway and unloaded for an action packed night of go kart racing with Walkers Mini wedge! 🏁

MOTHER NATURE FORCES CANCELATION OF BOSS SPRINTS AT OHIO VALLEY SPEEDWAY

Ohio Valley Speedway has announced that the Friday, July 8th visit by the BOSS Non Wing Sprints and All American 30 has been canceled due to impending inclement weather.

The decision was made in the best interest of everyone to call off Friday’s event due to the high probability of afternoon thunderstorms and 100 percent chance of evening rain along with the cost of travel for teams and fans.

We know how much fuel and everything else is right now so we wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible. We look forward to seeing everybody next Friday Night as the Steel Block Late Model Series will visit. Please visit our website at www.raceovs.com for news, tickets, schedule and more.

Walker had some kinks to work out after qualifying and through the heat race, but was able to drive from the tail of the feature to 3rd place! 🏁💪🏻

After some damage at his first race a few weeks back we have made the repairs and hitting the track again.

We’d like to wish a Happy 8th birthday to our little wheel man!

Mr. Walker started out with a good run friday night in a field of 12 mini wedges. He finished 3rd in his heat and was on the prowl in the feature when he was caught up in a wreck at no fault of his own. Significant damage to the car ended his night and unfortunately not an easy fix. He will have to park it in the garage for a few weeks while we work on putting things back together. But hey that’s what racing on friday the 13th will get you 😅😅.

A long awaited racing off season comes to an end tonight as Walker will be making his debut in his 2022 car tonight at Ohio Valley Speedway!

He has spent his off season on the wrestling mat and the baseball field. He recently placed 2nd at the Mawa Eastern National Championship for wrestling.

He loves his baseball and wrestling sports, but is super excited to hit the track tonight!

Lots of work has went into his car this winter to get it top notch ready for the track.
