My name is Sarah (she/her) and I own and operate The Holistic Greenery! In addition to running a business, I am a full-time regenerative farmer at Case Western Reserve University Farm in Hunting Valley, Ohio! I love to give great food to great homes, preserve food, and bring medicinal elements to the products I make.

I strive to reduce waste, provide ethical and sustainable ingredients, most importantly, preserve the planet! 🌎

When I don’t have my hands in the soil 🪱 or when I’m not making products out of my kitchen, I’m hiking or birdwatching 🐦 with my wife 💕 On the best days, snuggling my 2 pups and 5 cats! I love to chat about all things nature and farming so always feel free to send questions or info my way!
