Yesterday I took my small but mighty team on an appreciation outing! We kicked butt worked together as a team & beat the game! Go team GO!! Then of course we ate good, had a few drinks & networked our asses off .bar.cafe !

One thing I’ve learned from owning a business over the years is if you want to grow you need a team that RESPECTS YOU, SHARES YOUR VISION, WANTS TO GROW WITH YOU & WILLING TO ROLL UP THEIR SLEEVES & really get into it with you!! My team has changed a bit this year but the level of support I receive from this team is truly unmatched & I’m SO GRATEFUL!! I know how it feels to really have ppl who WANT to be here & value a team atmosphere just as I do! That feeling is amazing.
