It is a unique Tea House because it is the first & only location nationwide to utilize Alkaline water for all its preparations of drinks and foods. Most Ding Tea locations do not have a licensed, built-in kitchen to serve food as XYZ Ding Tea does. Its owner's vision is to have the healthiest and tastiest drinks and food to offer to his customers and he cooks with you in mind! Cooking oil is changed every 1 to 2 weeks and its boba is cooked with brown sugar.
