Bobby Ray Turner, oil on glass. Ray Turner prisoner series. I painted people with my name that are doing time for one reason or another having broken the law. It’s a spin off my contention/conviction that of all mankind being part of the Good Man Bad Man reality.

Malcom Mitchell, Emeka, Man on Aluminum, Markley Collection, Boston, MA. Emeka works for a friend of mine, he’s been there for years now. He recently told me a story that had me laughing, appreciating both of their good humor and friendship, something I’ve come to miss in these more recent years. Ocean 9, (Orchestra), oil on canvas,
36 x48 inches oil on canvas. Rhode Collection. I painted he and Tony years ago for the Museum of Glass exhibit in Tacoma. Their two portraits are among my favorites. He will be sorely missed.

While I can’t post on IG because it was hacked and IG is not remotely helpful I thought I would post here. I want to recover it so that I can stop the harassment of my followers there. I’m sorry for any and all inconvenience.
