First, I hope everyone is safe and hopefully 🤞🏻 your electricity is back on. I’m sure everyone, me included, is busy trying to get everything cleaned up and temporarily fix 🩹 what needs replaced after hurricane Beryl (I’m leaving all the downed fences to my husband for when he returns from China 😏)

Unfortunately, I lost most of my inventory during the hurricane when the stores lost power and I'll do my best to restock my shelves ASAP, starting Sunday.
As of now, I still have a some keto/gluten-free and diabetic friendly desserts available at Power Fit Eats in Friendswood and Webster.
The other 2 stores in Pearland and Nassau Bay will reopen Sunday.

One of my desserts available on Sunday, is my Diabetic friendly, Keto and Gluten-free Coconut Cake, drizzled with caramel.

Update: We got power back at our warehouse yesterday. Our staff is working hard to keep Friendswood and Webster stocked with limited inventory til Sunday. We did sustain a huge loss of inventory and money due to damages from this storm.
