... First time posting before and after photos of me, and why am I doing it?

Because today I feel particularly proud of myself, for making the right choices in terms of changing my lifestyle for better, to be healthier and happier, and I'm doing it well.

I promised myself I would hit my 40's looking and feeling better than my 30's and I'm on the right path, I just gotta keep working and pushing myself harder.

It hasn't been easy but it has been worth it in every step of the way and this year 2022 we're going for everything, harder and stronger!

This is an easy routine to build upper body strength. Start by doing a dynamic warm up to avoid injuries and then continue with the dumbbell workout where you are going to do 10 reps of each exercise by alternating muscles.

There are four (4) important traits of mental toughness, which are known as the 4Cโ€™s:

We're going to step it up a notch with today's workout focusing on our Lower Body's strengthening.

For this workout we're going to do 3 super-sets as follows:

Now, the question shouldn't be should you exercise or not rather than what type of exercise should you be doing. Bicycling, jogging, hiking, and skating are some other great alternatives, but make sure you do some strength workout along with it.
