Because today I feel particularly proud of myself, for making the right choices in terms of changing my lifestyle for better, to be healthier and happier, and I'm doing it well.
I promised myself I would hit my 40's looking and feeling better than my 30's and I'm on the right path, I just gotta keep working and pushing myself harder.

- 10 reps with each leg. You could find a support point to hold from while you improve your stability.
- Slight knee bend at the knee and lock them to better work the hamstrings.

When it comes to side to side movements, you should do 10 reps to each side (counting: left 1, right 2, left 3, right 4, etc... or you could count left-right 1, left-right 2, and so on until 10)
The initial rest time between exercises will be 30 seconds. You can reduce the rest time little by little until you are able to do the whole circuit with no rest between exercises and take a 60 seconds rest at the end of the complete round
