We love our Ingrown serum roller and toner pads both work amazingly! Some ladies were wondering if using it around your wax is safe or not due to the active ingredients of Salicylic & Glycolic acid.

💡We’ve got the answer for you it is best to stop using it the day before your wax and then you can start using it again 3 days after your wax.

The reason for this is so that your skin does not lift or peel during your wax since these ingredients make your skin more sensitive and easier to break. Give your skin sometime to breathe after a wax & then you’re good to go!

It is recommended to get a vajacial 7-10 days post-wax if your goal is to target ingrowns and hyperpigmentation. This gives time for some new hair growth to form just beneath the skin and so that the treatment can be more effective.

But 👀 have you heard about vajacials immediately post-wax? Yes, it's possible if you want to target redness and/or inflammation after your wax; but ask us first to make sure this service is right for you!

While you should ideally be exfoliating regularly and preferably with a dry brush... A day or two ahead of your wax appointment, gently buff away dry skin with a body scrub or polish. This will help give the wax a good grip on the 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿, and not your skin! 😉
