Oh my! I can't even tell you how long it has been since I've posted a recipe but I'm taking pictures of a delicious treat as we speak. Gluten free (or regular wheat) chocolate espresso roll. Think pumpkin roll but it has a chocolate cake and espresso cream filling. I hope to get the recipe online to you as soon as possible so please stay with me!

Easy Peasy: Paleo Brownies

I wanted to share some amazing recipes with you this morning in case you needed some help finding a delicious treat to get you through this Wednesday!

First one is paleo brownies, which ALWAYS satisfy. I have a batch on my counter right now. YUMMY!!

And the second is my big, gooey chocolate chip cookies - not paleo. These are so stinking delicious and the batter can be frozen and cooked at a later time. Enjoy!
