Starbucks is giving Chipotle CEO, $10 million cash, $75 million in stocks (picture of they gave him the stocks before it bounced $20 yesterday- That’s &20 price jump prolly added another $5-$8 million)

Then he’ll get paid $1.8 Million a year annually, with the opportunity to make another $7.2 in cash plus more stock compensation based on stock appreciation & business metrics!

Damn, Chipotle must wasn’t willing to match that.. Because they promoted 1 in house executive to interim CEo, and the Chief Stratigest who was suppose to retire next year, committed to another 5 years!

Chipotle did a New England & Tom Brandy Move…… That didn’t go well for the Pats & Brady Got a ring the next year.

Let’s see how these stocks move over the next year.

A hacking group known as USDoD has reportedly released a large portion of sensitive personal data stolen from National Public Data, onto an online marketplace. The breach, which allegedly exposed the records of 2.9 billion individuals from the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, includes Social Security numbers, addresses, dates of birth, and phone numbers.

Initially, the group attempted to sell the stolen data for $3.5 million; however a member of the group recently made much of the information freely available on a hacker forum. Security experts warn that this data release could lead to widespread identity theft and fraud. Experts advise individuals to freeze their credit files with major credit bureaus to protect themselves from potential fraud.

Wells Fargo stays in trouble.

A San Francisco District Judge has ruled that Wells Fargo must face a lawsuit from shareholders who allege the bank defrauded them with false diversity claims. The lawsuit claims Wells Fargo conducted fake interviews for women and diverse candidates without intending to hire them.

U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson found evidence suggesting Wells Fargo misled shareholders about its hiring practices and ruled the bank would face a lawsuit. The case revolves around a 2020 policy requiring that at least half of candidates for high-paying positions be from diverse groups. Despite updates to its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) process in 2022, shareholders accuse the bank of “diversity washing.”
