Well Sushi will be staying here with me but I'll no longer be breeding french bulldog. Either Groot or sushi need a new home. Groot is a 1 year and 8 months old and Sushi will be 12 weeks old on Monday. Cali aka Coco got a new home yesterday. She's going to be a princess.

Sushi got her second shots and clean bill of health.

Cali is also looking for a new couch. She's 1 year and 8 months old.

Hayzel and Sushi are best friends. Sushi will be getting her second set of shots and vet visit on the 22nd of Sept. Her brother Glitch went home yesterday. They are super spoiled. 9 weeks old

8 weeks old ready to go home. She has her first set of shots. I guess If she doesn't find a home ill be keeping her because she is a little love bug.

6 weeks old ready to go home in 2 more weeks. I didn't realize french bulldog puppies were so adorable. Full of energy and raised around large dogs and kids.

They are almost 4 weeks old and just now a pound. Fat happy puppies.

Cali is expecting 2 puppies any day. Hopefully everything goes well.

We are expecting puppy on July 4th. I have x-rays scheduled on Wednesday to confirm. Puppies will only go to pet homes. No breeding rights. Can't wait to meet the little fur balls.

No longer adding a new frenchie. Her dna test came back as a blue and tan not a lilac and tan what they were trying to sell her as. So who know how many people that they have conned by lying about the color of the puppy or the stud dog. People please do your research before you put down a deposit. Trust me I'm still learning about the breed and all the different colors.

I will possibly be look for people that want to own a frenchie at a low cost by providing a dog with a "Guardian home".
The Basics of my Guardian home Program I believe that parent breeding dogs deserve a great home and a great life. Sometimes my program requires me to have more dogs than I can lovingly keep in my home, so my answer is to allow some of my breeding dogs to leave me and become part of another family’s life and home. Later they then return to me for breeding, and for females, again when it’s time to give birth to the puppies.
The parent dog gets to be a companion/pet and have the happiness of being part of a family and home – and great puppies get raised. This breeding/parent dog lives in their forever home, grows up, is trained, is well socialized, loved and cared for and is part of the family. What could be better? The Guardian Family has the opportunity to have a truly wonderful dog at a very low cost, in exchange for working with me for a limited number of litters.
This plan is used by many breeders and is often called a foster or “Guardian Home” program. Summarized – the breeding dog lives with their adoptive family and returns to me for breeding as needed. Females will return when in season, then again to deliver the puppies. The female stays with us for 14-21 days during her heat cycle, to be bred. Then, she returns to whelp (deliver) the puppies a week before they are due, staying with me until the puppies are weaned (about 7-8 weeks total). Males return when a female that he is needed for stud is in heat. I work with our Guardian Homes using a simple contract and I provide support and guidance all along the way, staying in contact through the year. At the end of the Guardian Home Family contract, the dogs belong 100% to the Guardian Family.
Guardian Home families must live in Arizona, and/or within 3 hours of Peoria, and the family must be willing to meet me half-way driving to get the dog to and from my house during breeding and whelping periods.
Qualifying to be a Guardian Home:
 Guardians must have previous dog experience
 Guardians must own and live in a home with a fully fenced yard
 Guardians must keep the dog on a leash or in a fenced area
 Guardians must be willing to train the dog the very basic obedience commands (off, down, sit, back, leave it, crate)
 Guardians must ensure, if they are taking a puppy, that the puppy is socialized to adults, children and other animals – SUPER IMPORTANT
 Guardians must provide appropriate veterinary or emergency care when needed
 Guardians must feed the dog a diet approved by the breeder which would be any of the high end dog food brands available at your local feed store or pet store or welling to feed a raw diet.
 Guardians must be able and willing to identify and notify us immediately when a female begins her heat cycle
 Guardians must not allow a female in heat near intact males
 Guardians must not allow a male guardian to breed with unapproved females
 Guardians must communicate, cooperate and coordinate with the breeder regarding testing, mating, whelping, and other breeding related activities

Its been awhile since I've posted something on here. Groot and Cali will be 9 months old in October. Groot will be up for stud service soon. Waiting for his DNA test and akc papers to come in the mail.

I'm looking for a guardian home for my male frenchie. A guardian home is where you take care of him and keep him up-to-date on shots and feed him a premium dog food and take him to the vet to keep him healthy. When you get his shots updated you will need to send me a copy. Also very important to you don't move outta Arizona or I will need to take him back. The will be a 1 time non refundable deposit. I will need to take him for a week max for breeding once or twice a year. And once he turns 6 years old i will pay to have him neutered and then he is all yours for the rest of his life.
