Spain was amazing! Ever since I did a "country report" on Espania in 5th grade I've dreamt about exploring the gorgeous spainish beachs and towns! This part was extra special because I also got to meet up with some of my best chiropractic friends and learn more about pediatric and prenatal chiropractic from two of the best in the world! Thank you for putting together an amazing experience for us to learn in!

My soul has been craving an eat pray love Italy trip for the past few years! It was unbelievable 🥰 I'll see you again, soon Italy!

Year ✌🏼 of Preschool for Mavi!

I don't know how big the trips with this little guy just keep getting better and better! This past weekend we went to San Diego to stay in our favorite place with the "camper truck" and just had an amazing time! Brought along two of our favorites- Justin + P and really made the most of our time there! Soaking up sun at the pool, visiting with a gorgeous sea turtle at the aquarium, four mile long bike ride (go Mavi!), finding sand dollars and seashells at Coronado and catching crabs at the tide pools! I'm so glad I can take these little trips with Mavrik and love being able to share my passion of travel and exploring new places with him!

Bestie visited me at work today for our Shaved Ice Day with 😋🍧 what a fun day at with all the families!

The emotions I feel with officially letting go of this house are intense and yet so healing. ✨

This house was my ultimate dream house for my dream family and quickly after moving in it morphed into my safe space while I gained my footings with becoming a single mom and building our new life and dreams!

I'm so thankful for having this house to heal and discover our new path forward! Learning that I could transform a space into a feeling of comfort and peace. I will always cherish the memories of the early days and I will gladly release the memories of the some of hardest moments of my life ✌🏼

I am looking forward to pass this beautiful space over to the new owner and wish her the very best on her journey!

(Mav and I are not moving, we're staying in our beautiful new dream home that we moved into when we rented out the above house about two years ago, when selling it, at that time, just felt a little too soon)

The magic of my life is wrapped up in this larger than life little guy and I'm so honored to be his mama❤️ Love seeing his personality grow so much this past year!✨

I have a feeling this summer is going to include a lot of freckles ☀️ and I couldn't be more excited about it!

Feeling hella blessed for the space I am consuming lately! As much as I still feel like I'm in my early twenties I am damn excited I'm not! There's nothing like an anniversary, birthday or both to get you to really reflect on the years you're collecting.

Ignite turns SIX today and I cannot even believe I've been building something so amazingly fulfilling to my soul for that many years, I love every day I get to serve there!

This summer will be TEN years as a pediatric chiropractor and there's just nothing like it, so thankful for my experiences this far.

Mavrik is FOUR and finishing up his first year of preschool. The growth he has had this year is unreal, I'm still so incredibly lucky to be his mama. I have been loving this season of transitioning from a toddler to a kiddo and all the fun we've been having together!

I feel like each month I'm collecting new experiences and hobbies (bread making, plant propagation, backpacking trips, travels, books I've read, places I've explored) that are truly just making me the most badass grandma with some really awesome stories one day in the distant future! And if that isn't the best life goal, I don't really know what is! 😂

Of course there are difficulties and hard times in this life, but if we don't take a moment and truly see all the good, it just gets all too heavy to carry and I vowed to myself to put that heavy s**t down and to stop carrying it around anymore!

Such a beautiful Easter + Birthday celebration today! This is 36 and I'm damn proud of my past year! Cannot wait to see what this next year has in store!

Bucket List ✅ this past weekend I backpacked and hiked a little piece of heaven in the Grand Canyon called Havasupai!
The only words I have for this trip right now is, it was unreal! I'm so thankful for this experience and although I can imagine the soreness from the 30 miles of hiking with a 33 pound pack on my back and sleeping in a tent for three nights, being rained, snowed and sleeted on, while also chasing the absolute most beautiful waterfalls with crystal clear blue-green waters I've ever seen with the best company 🫶🏻, eating freeze dried meals and snagging some delicious fry bread from the locals! EPIC!

Two lucky mamas and all of our sweet little boys! I absolutely love doing life next door (literally) to my sister and her family! There's nothing better! What a beautiful Sunday + St Patrick's Day! 🍀

We went to DISNEYLAND for Mavrik's 4th Birthday last month and had an absolute blast! I feel so honored to be able to create these experiences with him! Our Mama+Mav trip was the best ever, we got to enjoy the rides he wanted to do, gear up for some rain, head back to the hotel for a midday nap and warm up, cruise through some shops and experiencing all of the joys of Disney with a very low stress and go with the flow trip! I can't wait for our next trip together- he's the best travel buddy!

Happy 3rd Birthday to WayWay! My nephew, Mavrik's best friend and my hair twin! We love you so much Waylon and can't wait to see you grow even more awesome this year!

Spent the weekend welcoming my newest little nephew -- Stetson-- to the family and enjoying all the auntie snuggles with this squishy little guy!

We had the best time today, from birthday waffles, to school celebrations, decorating for your birthday and enjoying one badass Dino Spaghetti Birthday party with a few friends and family! 🦕 🍝 You're such an amazing little human and I am beyond honored getting to see you grow up these past four years!

2023 was one of the fastest and most inner transformative years of my life. I'm so thankful for the lessons life threw at me and the growth I chased from those lessons. I worked hard to learn about myself, establish healthier boundaries and truly honor+care for myself on a soul level. ☀️

It's funny to say this and not feel selfish, but in those pursuits I know I was more of a WHOLE person and better able to show up for my self, my beautiful son, my family+friends and my practice!

Just like every turn of a chapter I am proud of the human, woman, mother and business owner I am becoming and excited more than ever to hit the accelerator and double down on the hard work, badass connections and soul igniting I've been doing, in this next year! LFG!

I had the Merriest Christmas Eve with Mavi! I am so thankful I get to be this sweet sweet boy's mama.

Every time Mavrik gave Santa his list this year, he asked me what I told Santa I wanted and I responded each time by telling him I wanted a Barbie.

Well this morning when Santa came to our house, the first toy he saw was my Barbie and he grabbed it with the biggest smile ever on his face!

This year was magical and one of my favorites with him. His list was simple and genuine and I took full advantage of that, because I know the teen mamas miss those years!

I tried the driving range solo this morning and the vibes were perfect. Got to practice my golf swing and then enjoyed a little bit of relaxation and this view!
