Another teaser for an upcoming gigposter. Juggling a number of projects right now. This one is a portrait of an American family in 2024. There's some Margaret Keane and Mark Ryden influence in the faces. I looked at photos of young Dolly Parton for the matriarch's hair. Bouncy coils are my fav to draw. The bear is likely their adopted child.

Sneak peek! I enjoyed working in the Klimt cat style last year and made something new! This one is dedicated to my favorite kitty from bygone years, Sasha. ❤️

Teaser. Are we stooges or monsters? It's a fine line. Hard to tell.

Last September my long time art friend Rob Jones called me with an interesting proposal: create Jack and Meg portraits using only dice. No other elements. We would establish values with different colored dice and the numbers on the actual die. The lightest places on the faces would use a white die with a 1 showing and the darkest values a black die with a 1 showing. I created a grid and arranged each die individually to shape the likenesses in a strange process that felt like some bizarro black math MC Escher experiment. The art is featured in the album packaging for The White Stripes Live in Las Vegas show from 2003 and I couldn't be prouder how the contrasting styles all came together in this one.

‘Up On The Sun’ made 8 years ago today. Always liked this one. One my most requested pieces. 🐻🐻‍❄️

Hey, I partnered with DMB to make some new pins based on my rhino mother poster from awhile back. These are 3.5 inches on the longest side. My biggies were 5 inches for reference. It's big enough to retain detail while being small enough to pin on back packs or your kool kidz jean jackets. 😎
