These tamales are all a sweet corn base, not just masa. They are made with corn kernels which are we grind up and mix with very little masa, no lard is used. They are cholesterol free, gluten free and are vegan without the meat filling (see below for options). Each order comes with a side of our homemade special sour cream, a little kick and a hint of lime. They are different than any you have had before, simply delicious! Plain sweet corn @ $20 dozen Sweet corn stuffed with: -Chicken -Pork (red chili) -Jalapeño -Refried beans and cheese @ $22 dozen -Beef -Green Corn (New Mexico green hatch chilies and cheese) @ $25 dozen You may order up to 2 flavors per dozen, ie. ½ dozen pork, ½ dozen beef @ $23.50, or create your own mix of ingredients, ask for pricing. Individuals tamales are $3 each,or 2x $5. ***************************************************** We make our tamales year round. In order to satisfy all customer orders we ask that you place your orders as soon as possible, 48 hour notice preferred. Tamales are packaged in microwavable boxes, or frozen in vacuum sealed bags if specified for an additional $2 charge (heating instructions will be included).
