More military gifts getting finished up
Good Morning Everyone. Since we started bringing on new orders a couple of weeks ago, we are now pretty much booked out thru the summer with gates, military retirement gifts, and CNC work. Please feel free to reach out anytime and see where we are in terms of order progress. Thank you everyone for your continued support. If you are already on the "list", I'll be reaching out soon with updates.
Over the last few months we’ve had the opportunity to build more and more military retirement gifts. It’s truly an honor for me to still serve in the military after 23 years, but now to be part of numerous individuals retirements is quite special. The most recent one was for our very own Col Kurt “Tug” Tongren following his final flight in the F16 at Buckley SFB after 33 years of service. Congratulations Sir.
Lots of gifts in the works
Todays install turned out great and a bit bittersweet as well. Due to time requirements with my new military job, we will no longer be doing build ins and larger projects. I just don’t have the time right now as I just assumed duties as the 140th Operations Group Superintendent. We will still take orders for baby/pet gates, military retirement gifts, and CNC carvings/projects. Thank you everyone for your continued support. As much as enjoy these projects that completely transform a room, the free time just isn’t there. Thank you again to all of our customers and followers.
There’s a lot going on in here right now….
Almost managed to get all of Dads boys together in one place for our first annual pheasant hunt. It was awesome.
One of my pet peeves is a dirty and unorganized shop. Much easier to work faster and safer when the shop is maintained:)
This was a first for me. A new customer purchased a gate that I previously built for another home. We were hopefully that the gate would fit it the new home, along with matching the color and design. Luckily, everything worked and and very little modifications were needed for the installation.
Todays install. Barn door style baby/pet gate with hinged cat door.
Latest installs in Johnstown, CO. Three interior gates and two welded steel exterior gates. There was too much snow to get good pictures of the exterior gates.
Good Morning everyone. Just a heads up, due to the number of orders already placed, we are booked out until approx 1 April for all new orders.
Sealed up the “paint booth” and continued progress on multiple gates/projects.
-9 degrees outside but at least im able to get the shop temp to around 40 degrees. Lots of gates in the works today.
Built and installed some mirror frames for two of my favorite customers.
It was an honor to be a part of their final flight in the F16 and retirement ceremony for two outstanding pilots, one being my Squadron Commander. Congrats Atlas and Whiskey on an amazing career and best wishes on your next chapter. It was a privilege to be able to build your retirement gifts. Also, a special thanks to Brian Way for his work. I always enjoy the collaboration gifts.
Few random pics and some of the projects recently completed and also currently in the works.
I thought this was a very genuine post written by my good friends at Way Welding & Fabrication LLC. I’ve certainly enjoyed the chance to build more projects with him and look forward to many more.
An Outdoor Oasis — Way Welding & Fabrication Recently, I had the honor of helping a customer update their outdoor cooking/hosting space. This customer had wooden doors on her outdoor stove, and wanted to snazz them up a little. So she picked out a design, and we split it across the five doors to provide a cohesive and artsy look with colors
We made some quick family Christmas Tree trays to give out to family traveling from out of state. I think we may add some to the shop “store” if anyone would like to purchase their own. Let us know if you’re interested. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Todays installs. Two modern horizontal railing gates and the tallest shoe rack I’ve ever been asked to build:) Any guesses how many pairs of adult shoes it will hold?
