Unlike dramas, comedies that possess obscene content cannot be constitutionally protected speech, because while they may possess "literary, artistic, political, or scientific value" (Miller v. California), they cannot, by definition, be considered "serious" (ibid.).
The Constitution prohibits both the federal government (Article I, section 9) and the States (Article I, section 10) from passing bills of attainder. Now if the people do not delegate a power to either the United States or the States, they retain it. Therefore, the people retain the power of passing bills of attainder, and I find you all guilty.
In Brown v. Board of Education, the Supreme Court repudiated the "separate but equal" principle, thereby implicitly striking down the Declaration of Independence, which established that the United States would "assume among the powers of the earth, [a] separate and equal station."
The Fourth Amendment protects “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects.” Since people cannot be secure in their houses unless they have houses, the Fourth Amendment therefore guarantees that all persons shall have houses.
"A State, in the ordinary sense of the Constitution, is a political community of free citizens, occupying a territory of defined boundaries and organised under a government sanctioned and limited by a written constitution, and established by the consent of the governed." (Texas v. White) But an Indian tribe satisfies this definition. So each Indian tribe is a State, and the tribes deserve 1146 Senators.
Corporations are unconstitutional. The 13th Amendment says that "neither slavery or involuntary servitude...shall exist within the United States." It is slavery for one person to own another person. Corporations are legal persons which are owned by other persons. Therefore, corporations violate the 13th Amendment and are unconstitutional.
Since the President is vested with "the executive power," (Article II, § 1, cl. 1) he can execute citizens at will.
