100K Whole-House Remodel.
Overview: 3 complete bathroom renovations; installed new roof; replaced old with new top-tier HVAC system; painted every inch of home's interior: 1st and 2nd floor including 4-bedrooms; installed new carpet, Brazilian Hardwood, Life Proof Premium Vinyl and tile flooring to replace all existing flooring; replaced 9 windows; installed new front door; took unfinished basement and completely finished with new drywall and flooring; replaced 4 leaking pipes; sealed siding with 15-year waterproof caulk; replaced all ceiling light fixtures with LED; installed new 200 Amp electrical panel; replaced 11 outlets with GFCI; installed 3 new ceiling fans; sealed leaking chimney; power washed all exterior concrete front and backyard; installed fence for backyard; painted all exterior gutters, window trim and shutters; hardwired all home smoke detectors per code; installed railings and other safety stuff per local town code.

Newtown, PA Garage Remodel; status: completed!
The Customer requested 2 new garage doors with increased height and width to replace the existing 3-car garage.
Overview of job--
1. We completed structural framing of the garage openings to fit the new garage doors' height and width.
2. Next, we framed and constructed a new roof over the garage (Pent Roof Construction 34' long x 3' out).
3. Thereafter, we built a custom exterior trim border using Azek panels and trim, as opposed to wood, to prevent future rot or the need to re-paint/seal over time.
4. Last, we installed a Standing Seam Kynar Painted Metal Roof over the garage. Metal roofs generally last 40-70 years, whereas traditional shingle roofs generally last about 15-30 years.
