We do Professional Knife Sharpening, all by hand. If we do not have something in stock, we can order it for you, and have it usually within 5 business days (99% of the time). Customer service is a lost art in these times. So in 2005, when we founded Knives Swords & Collectibles LLC, that is exactly what we formed our entire philosophy around. You the customer, and giving you the best service in the industry.I have heard to many horror stories of people buying products high end or lower priced from other companies, and receiving them defective, so after they called to get it resolved they were told to take it up with the manufacture. It's not your job people, THIS IS WHY YOU PAY US FOR THE KNIVES AND ARE NOT BUYING FACTORY DIRECT! Here at Knives Swords & Collectibles LLC, no item is ever shipped to a customer without first being thoroughly inspected by us. If it is defective, we send it back and get you another one. If it needs to be adjusted, we adjust it until it meets our quality standards. If it is not sharp enough we sharpen it until it meets our sharpness standards. No one ever gets a defective product from us. We also pride ourselves on being very knowledgeable. Some customers have an idea of what they want but are not sure. Give us a description of what you think you want and your price range, and we will sit down with you for as long as it takes and help you find the right knife or product for you. That's why we are here! As mentioned earlier, we do in house professional sharpening for a nominal fee, and do mail order sharpening as well, contact us for details. We also do a full array of repairs and modifications. After you make a purchase from us, we will stay in touch with you just to make sure everything is working out well, and if not do what needs to be done to rectify any problems.
