This week, students from the STEM club at Mariana Bracetti Academy Charter School successfully launched this submersible remote operated vehicle (ROV) that shows exactly what's happening beneath the water's surface. They fabricated this mini-submarine (operated with a game controller) with guidance from Philadelphia Water Department engineers!
