This mummy worked so hard to birth this little one at home and it happened so quickly the midwife didn’t even have time for gloves!

This is called a nuchal hand - when baby is born with a hand by their face and is more common than you might think.
It does not always cause excessive tearing or issues for women and is just another presentation of baby at birth like head down or bottom first.
