Hi, We're back and teaching virtually for anyone looking for a convenient, tailored and stimulating (Seems like it's been years of dulling down our brain!) exercise/movement experience.
With 40 years (!!) of dance, pilates and movement training (half of them teaching), I would love to invite you to join me for a session where you will likely find new muscles, exercise those muscles differently, stretch and just feel great!
