Started my photoshoot for this amazing dress like any other. Then I turned Gia around and discovered 2 large holes and what feels like a glue gun burn on the seam. This is how I got it back from the dry cleaners a few weeks ago and haven't taken it out of the plastic since. I'm devastated. And feel really violated. I only got to wear it once before I shrunk out of it and I loved it. Anyway... *thappens

1950's style B&W polkadot halter dress with sweetheart neckline.
This dress has a cool story. I was lucky enough to find it while thrifting for a Halloween costume. I loved the way it fit and the fabric felt different. Almost starched. Years later, here I am selling vintage clothing and finally dove into it's story. The tag tells me it was actually created in the mid 1970's! "anonymous " tells me it was carefully crafted to perfectly replicate the expensive couture from a period of time. In this case, the 50's, making the looks more attainable for everyday folks. In honor of this find, I'm selling this treasure for $74. Because it was made in the mid '70's and I was born in 1974. Whomever gets this piece will feel like a princess wearing it. I loved it!
