**WHAT IS HIGHER-SELF CHATS?**
Higher-Self Chats are social gatherings designed to shape culture, share knowledge, and empower individuals in our higher-self-focused communities. These events foster positive social change through open dialogue and connection with like-minded people.

Each gathering offers a platform for respectful conversations on topics that serve as catalysts for both internal and collective growth. These inclusive and safe(r) spaces invite new and familiar perspectives on spirituality, holistic wellness, and higher consciousness.

A small panel of speakers, passionate about and experienced in the discussion topics, lead the chats. Audience participation is encouraged through a Q&A session curated by our resident moderators. These events bring heart-centered facilitators together to collaborate, share their gifts, and grow as a community.

With a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, we support each other in living more fully—both for ourselves and for others.

Energy Flow and Bodily Awareness: Somatic practices enhance awareness of the body’s energy centers (chakras) and the flow of prana. This can help individuals recognize and address imbalances that may be linked to emotional and psychological issues.

Embodiment and Empowerment: Balancing chakras through somatic practices can empower individuals by grounding our energy (Root Chakra), enhancing our creativity and sexuality (Sacral Chakra), and fostering self-esteem (Solar Plexus Chakra), just to mention some examples. Empowered individuals are more likely to engage in social justice work effectively.

Yoga, Connection, Authenticity, and CommUnity! Through engaging discussions, higher-self circles, guided meditations, and immersive experiences, we explore the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and other healing practices taking our liberation beyond the mat!
