Smoked Armadillo Eggs are our next special. We took a little time, #eggsperimented, and came up with our own recipe. House made andouille wrapped around a cheese stuffed jalapeƱo, wrapped in bacon, seasoned and smoked with your choice of sauce glazed on top. They average about 7 oz each and will fill you up!
