The farm stand will help us with our egg orders, help us offer small flower bouquets, and the occasional homemade jams, jellies and goodies!

We are super excited that you have joined us in our dream journey! We are a small farm located in Pinson Alabama with the focus of agriculture and spreading sunshine and kindness to all! We are a safe place for animals and humans to be able to get away and enjoy God’s beautiful creation!

A note from our owner, Brandie Denard:

“Suni- Bear Farms mission statement says it all, but I still had the question ‘what is the take away?’ In order for the farm to grow into what God has called me to do; I had to ask myself the hard questions… Howdy! I am Brandie Denard, owner of Suni- Bear Farms. I pondered for several days and finally just started to write everything that came to my mind that I loved and cared for: animals (my animals always comes first), kindness, planting seeds (physically, spiritually, and foundationally), sparking interest in others for agriculture, how truly healing animals are, and how amazing our God is! With all those written down I then put beside it “Lord lead the way” and as a jumbled up dream board and words thrown on paper; God lit the fire in me and I heard Him loud and clear on what my passion is… So here it is:

Suni- Bear Farms. A place where the love of animals meets a passion for planting seeds in others for God’s word and agriculture. Founded in 2019, the fullness of how healing all animals can be and seeing how agriculture works on a smaller scale came to life. Our goal is to make everyone feel like sunshine. Our mission is to advocate for agriculture, spread kindness like wildlife, and show God’s love to everyone. Our prayer is for anyone who steps foot onto our property will feel love, kindness, and feel like sunshine when they leave. Our prayer is that they may also leave with more knowledge and maybe a drive to make a difference in this world. Our passion is for animals; for without them my life wouldn’t be fulfilled. For kindness- because this world can be so dark under a shining and bright sun. And for sharing God’s word to all, so that they may too experience what all he has done for me. As I wrap this up there is one more thing- make sure you have the confidence level turned all the way up and live like Betty Louise 🤍”

Okay we’ve been busy!!!

💥2 NEW DESIGNS💥

⭐️1st design is our Smiling Hunny! We knew Hunny had to have her own shirt and when our owner came up with this design we knew that was it!!! Shirt colors will be either a blue or a yellow! Shirts are $20 each!

⭐️2nd design is our Broody Brat Club! We say this all the time when one of the hens goes broody, and sometimes it’s just fun being sassy 😂 Broody brat Club will be available on a pink shirt or blue shirt! $20 each!!

✨We will be placing one big shirt order on July 27th! All orders placed from today through that day will be on that one! We are also RUNNING A SALE!!! Buy both of these designs, get $5 off! ($35 for both shirts!)

💙 all proceeds goes towards buying the shirts from a locAL small business and going towards our next project of clearing out the rest of our debris pile that’s sitting in the big pasture! (This will be such a huge accomplishment getting rid of it because it will mean we can fence in the big pasture!!!) Proceeds also go towards our mentoring program as well as maintaining our fat and sassy herd or any animal that comes up needing help🫶🏻

Our sweet Bluebird passed away peacefully this morning. She was our easter egger and Dixie Chicks sister. She will be greatly missed 🥺

These will be days where we’ll be at the farm doing chores and projects but open for people to stop by, hang out and see the animals real quick! 🚨FOR THOSE DAYS YOU HAVE TO MESSAGE TO COME🚨 that way we can keep up with how many plan on coming out! We will also have our wooden sign for everyone to sign! This will hang in our barn once filled up!

☀️ LADIES BIBLE STUDY ✝️ We will be starting our first study this coming up Sunday at 515pm! This is open to all ladies, teens are encouraged to come as well! This will be our foundation for our mentoring program as well! Blanche is one of our speckled Sussex who turned 4 back in March! She is part of the Golden Girls trio! Blanche LOVES to talk and will give any reason to sass back! She also goes by Rice-A-Rioni, but don’t ask us how she got that nickname! It kinda just happened😂

Blanche is the life of the party and we are so lucky for her to be part of our flock!

🌸 Ag Class- Summer Session is happening on June 29th from 330-430! Please RSVP beforehand so we have enough packets and snacks for everyone! $5 a person to cover materials and snacks:)

🌸 Our girls/ladies Bible study group is set to start on June 23rd! Please let us or Brandie Denard know if you are interested! Our first meeting with the group is to introduce everyone, pick which study we want to start with (I have a few picked out already and they are all fantastic!) and to get our support group going! I am so excited for this and have been praying over this idea for quite sometime!

🌸 The girls are still slacking with paying rent due to the higher temperatures and them taking turns in the Broofy Brat club! Please, if you want eggs, they will have to be PREORDERED and be put in the list! Thank you all for understanding as the summers here in Alabama get rough!

Our FEATURED FARM ANIMAL this week is none other than our Dilly Lilly!!!🌸

Dilly (formal name is Dill Pickle) is a 5 year old French Alpine goat (French Alpines are well known as dairy goats!)! And let us just tell you… she is full of personality and ATTITUDE 💃🏼 Dilly is our head goat which means she leads the others around. She’s also feisty, sassy, crazy, determined, and may or may not be destructive😂 She is our most expressive and sassy out of the herd to say the least, but we love her so much! You can’t pet her but you can tell her she’s pretty all day long 👏🏻

We have owned her since she was about 10 months old too and watching her grow up has been so much fun! (And all the new things she gets into 😂)

Today’s flock member spotlight and hard worker is none other than the Rosie!!!

🌹Rose🌹 is a speckled Sussex who turned 4 this year! She is named after Rose from the Golden Girls! She is the sweetest and will greet me every morning for her pets! Since she is older she doesn’t lay regularly like a younger hen would but she still will pay rent every once in a while😂

What color egg do you think Rose lays when she decides to pay rent? Drop your guesses in the comments!

⭐️AGRICULTURE CLASS!!! We will be hosting our next Agriculture class on June 29th from 3:30-4:30pm! Ages 6 and up! **open to all ages** This is our introductory class to agriculture in Alabama! PLEASE RSVP BY June 22nd so we have enough material for everyone! $5 a person for admission (snacks included)

⭐️Bible Study!!! Starting June 23rd we will be hosting Bible study every Sunday evening at 5/530pm! Please let us know if you are interested and I will get you on the list to go into our group message! This is geared towards teens/ young adult girls who are wanting a Bible study throughout the summer! These will be hosted at the farm and we’re looking into a study called, “Craving Community- A Study On Friendship”
