Yesterday we couldn't believe that you hit your goal so much so that our 5am 1hr workout turned into 3 hours because we rode around at 6:30am to get a second opinion on my scale! 14lbs down in one month. That's how dope you are. 181 lbs. You spoke it. You worked for it. And now you are here. Creating new goals for yourself! Congratulations to you and your work ethic because you needed both to get you here today. Thank you for always showing up for yourself!
Day 60 into this cycle for my trainees Victoria and Loni!! Tori is 7lbs away from her weight loss goal and has lost a total of 13 inches so far! ๐ Loni lost 9 inches this month and is officially in one-derland, to be exact 196lbs, 16 lbs away from her weight loss goal! Congrats to both of these ladies! They continue to impress me with their commitment and resilience! Thank you for choosing Free Yourself Fitness !

Meet my client Victoria! I knew once I got my hands on her, she was going to kill my 90 day Show Me The Way plan!
We are only 30 days in of her 90 day plan and she is already 10lbs down in one month! She brings her best energy in every workout, whether excited, frustrated, or pi**ed off at me because she THINKS im pushing her beyond her limits! I love this for her!

My Show Me The Way clients showed up and showed OUT in November! And in the most challenging month of the year! They chose themselves and did the HARD work of clean eating, portion control, and working out 4 to 5 days a week.

When I say my client/friend gives her all 5 days a week, I MEAN IT! She is up at 3:30am, works out from 4am till 5am and then goes to put in a 14 hour work day! ๐ช๐พ
Why? Because she is about her life!!! She is in a space in her life that nothing else matters but her health. She is doing everything for HER.๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
We set milestones.. She hits them.๐๐ฝ

Week 6- Ran Week 1's obstacle course back!
Last Saturday morning, it rained, so we had to postpone the Obstacle Course! But todayyyyy.... these ladies killed it!
Week 1, they completed the obstacle course, and I took their time. They each set a goal of where they wanted to be in 12 weeks. Today was the midpoint, so I said let's do the Obstacle Course challenge again to see how close we are to our 12-week goal.
When I tell you everyone beat their initial time, AND are within 1:30 seconds of their goal time...๐๐ฝ๐๐๐พ๐ช๐พ

We already celebrated Loni, but not only did she beat her initial goal time, but she also shed the most time off of her initial goal time! She had to set a new goal for the next 6 weeks!!! ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
My heart is so full. To see these ladies pushing toward their goal is awesome! Over the 1st 6 weeks, they have learned new things, and small changes create big results! Judy disclosed that she has lost 10 lbs so far. In the last 6 weeks, we will continue to focus on small changes, creating big results. All of today's client's set a small personal fitness goal, and I can't wait to see them hit their mark!
