Reiki healing is a deep relaxation treatment.
The Reiki practitioner help to adjust your energy by putting their hands on or over you. The energy flows automatically and goes to where your body needs it and releases the energy you don't need.
It restores your body's energy to a balanced state. During the session, you don't need to concentrate or focus on the treatment for it to be effective. It is no problem if you don't feel anything during or after the session. What you need happens when you need it.
