My biggest (and most time consuming) project to-date: this beautifully unique 3-piece bedroom set!
The set was badly peeling and the finish was worn off in a lot of areas so - paint was the best solution.
With 15 spacious drawers in all, this matching set would be great to store clothing for every season.
Don’t let the bad lighting confuse you, these were refinished in a dark grey and finished in a matte clear coat. I kept the original hardware (because good luck finding something else that works with these drawers) and shined them up with trusty brasso.
✨These are available ✨

Have you been in the market to upgrade your current bedroom set? I found one that was too unique to pass up.
Usually when I get new pieces of furniture, I have a vision for it before even picking it up. I do my own thing and it somehow works out. This time, I wanted to give my followers a chance to claim it, and choose the color and finish, before I do my own magic.
So, this 3-piece bedroom set is AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMIZATION! Message me here (or text me if you know me 😉) if you’re interested!
If no one claims it, I’ll do my own thing and you’ll see it for sale down the road. 😊
This beauty reminds me of a project I worked on for a friend and I love the craftsmanship and now the green color with some bright new refurbished hardware. It’s solid piece and would make a great statement dresser, or even a buffet, in any space.
This was painted in special edition “Juniper” color and finished in a matte clear coat.

Pink chairs are kind of having a ✨moment✨on my feed.
Give it up for this beautiful vintage cane-backed chair with a luxurious pink velvet cushion. I can’t find a before picture for the life of me, but trust me when I say it was scratched and needed some love.
I refinished it in Silk all-in-one Mineral Paint in “Saltwater”.

My first custom refinishing job for a BABY 👶🏻 (and her parents, .vellky & )
It was a beautiful chair before but with a little paint we made it into a perfect throne for a little girl 👑
Refinished in Dusty Rose (top) and Sandstone (legs).
Sometimes I get to have my cake and eat it too! I refinished this solid wood buffet for my living / dining room in Cozy Cottage by . I absolutely loved the top granite inserts and wanted a color to compliment that. Sanded down the top, stained and sealed it and added some new champagne gold hardware 😍
I’m back! And I have these cute little side tables ready to show you that were originally from (a relic, you might say).
I have ALWAYS wanted to try my hand at a herringbone wood pattern on a drawer or cabinet face and I finally did it (after literal hours of blood, sweat and tears with a side of profanities). Here they are!
The body was painted in my favorite “Underground” and finished in Matte clear coat. I also kept the original matte black hardware!
Don’t ask me to duplicate this because I’m never doing it again 😂 …maybe.
Introducing “Stella” - named after the customers eldest daughter ☺️
I was asked by a Fat Cat Furniture fan (hey, I kinda like the sound of that) who had found me via Facebook about a custom refinishing of an old entry table they found on Marketplace. As soon as I saw photos of the piece I was all for it. It is solid wood, has character, charm, beautiful accents, and I’m sure has a story behind it (I just wish we knew it!).
The veneer was chipping, the brass was tarnished, and the top was in bad shape…it just needed a little love and care!
The customer wanted the base painted in the ever-popular and beautiful dark green “Collared Greens” by Dixie Belle Paint Company and did a total of 3 coats. The customer wanted to showcase the details of the single drawer to so we fixed some imperfections and kept it natural.
I stained the top of the table in two coats of “Special Walnut” and let it dry over night. I coated the top in three coats of a protective polyurethane and the base in two coats of a matte clear coat. I shined up the hardware and done!

Another commission project for a referral customer out the door!
This was a fun project. The solid wood (I think oak) pieces were already painted white years ago. The customers wanted a olive green so of course, I used Dixie Belle Paint Company Silk All-in-One Mineral Paint in “Hampton Olive”. Everyone is loving the greens lately!
I completely stripped the old paint using a chemical stripper and sanded down the top to bare wood using my trusty electric sander. Once all the old paint was off, I cleaned it well with mineral spirits so it was a suitable base for the paint. I coated it in a clear shellac to avoid tannin bleed through and then was finally ready for paint! But before that, I stained the tops with a light Minwax stain to bring out the beautiful wood grain and coated that with a protective poly. Three coats of green paint, 3 coats of matte clear coat, and all new sleek matte black hardware later and it’s DONE and was picked up tonight.
I love this transformation!!
Just delivered this custom piece done for a good friend’s family and I love how it turned out!
I always welcome custom work but especially love when the customer chooses a shade of green like this 😍 This entry table was perfect in Dixie Belle Paint Company All-in-One Silk Mineral paint in “Hampton Olive”. This paint doesn’t need a top coat but I wanted to make it extra durable and added two coats of a matte wax top coat. The hardware is original and just spruced it up with some matte black spray paint.
Love love this!
Welcome “Anastasia” to the stage!
This cute desk was being sold because the former owner was moving to Mexico 🇲🇽 so I happily took it off their hands.
I used House and Canvas “Linen” and coated the entire thing after filling in several damaged pieces and holes in the wood. Then I finished it with a matte wax finish varnish. I kept the original hardware on the top drawers and added some matching drawer pulls from The Home Depot on the rest to give it a modern vibe.

Found it’s way to our guest room 😂
It’s FURNITURE FRIDAY everyone! I’d like you to meet “Avery” the 6-drawer dresser.
I love this look. I used House and Canvas I n the color “Sandstone” and these beautiful matte black drawer pulls from Amazon. I painted the top in Dixie Belle Paint Company “Caviar” and finished that in their Gator Hide top coat. The body is finished in a matte top coat.
I love this so much I think I’m keeping it for our guest room 😂
My last set of side tables in stock! Say hello to “Mary Kate” and “Ashley” the matching wood side tables with a sparkle of gold.
There are solid pieces (which is what I always look for when furniture hunting) and just needed a little love. I painted these in House and Canvas “Industrial Blue” which is one of my favorite colors. I added a three beautiful gold drawer pulls from Amazon.com and finished them in a matte clear coat.
✨These are available ✨
This is “Theresa”, named after my late grandmother, because years ago it was once used by her. I don’t know how old this is or what it was used for, but it looks like the perfect spot to pen a letter. Like I showed in my reel earlier, I sanded this entire writing desk down to bare wood. I painted it in Dixie Belle Paint Company silk mineral paint in the color “Deep Sea” which is a deep rich navy blue. I kept the top and the bottoms of the legs the natural wood, stained it in a walnut, and finished it with a polyurethane. Finally, I covered the paint in a matte clear coat.
As it is a heirloom, this is staying in the family!
Please give a warm welcome to “Aimee” the cute little 3-drawer dresser. Named after my coworker who happens to love green and cats, like me. 😊
This was falling apart and needed some major work when I picked it up. I sanded down the top and stained it in a dark walnut stain. Then, I painted the body in Annie Sloan chalk paint in the color “Olive” because let’s be real greens are so IN. Then used gilded wax in gold to give the keyholes some new life and added these cute k***s I got on Etsy. Lastly, I finished it in a matte clear coat.
TA DA!
Introducing “Elisa” the matte black and ✨ classic ✨Dixie buffet.
I love this one! Painted in Dixie Belle Paint Company All-in-One Silk Mineral Paint in Anchor, this solid-wood buffet needed a little love but now look at her! I always love keeping the original hardware when I can and for this one, all it needed was a little gold spray paint to brighten them up to complement the matte black. I also sanded down the entire top, stained it in Minwax Walnut, and topped it with a polyethylene.
I finished it all in a matte protective clearcoat and it SOLD like two hours after I posted it on Facebook Marketplace 😂
Obsessed with this print 🌿🍃

IM BACK!
Been kinda MIA lately - we’ve been staining our deck 😅
I’ve been working on this Pennsylvania House buffet for a while now and am so excited that it’s done! I refinished this beautiful piece in Collared Greens and kept the original brass hardware (with working lock and keys!). I also kept the top in it’s original cherry wood stain as it was in good condition and I think it compliments the green well. To give it a modern touch, I added these cute drawer liners and finished with a matte protective clear coat and it’s done!

This was my quick and easy Sunday project! Don’t you wish all flips were this simple?
Silk Mineral Paint in Anchor
Matte Polycrylic clear coat
Both of these are SOLD 🔥
Finished these after what felt like forever!
Honestly, these gave me grey hairs 😂 originally from IKEA, these are cute and mid century looking. BUT, the drawers we’re sticking and I couldn’t get them to slide right. I didn’t feel comfortable selling this to my client (who I was keeping up-to-date on the process) so I found a different solution.
I removed the drawers and attached pre-cut wooden dowels over the drawer openings to add some texture and to cover up the large opening. Then, I painted her entire top in Collared Greens and painted the legs in Golden Gemstone Mousse.
Finally, I topped it with a matte clear coat and they’re done! Im so happy with how they turned out and I think I’ll be using wooden dowels more now!
