Often times we feel guilty when we work on ourselves! I know for me, I often put myself to the side to provide happiness and comfort to others! My reason being, I know what it feels to hurt and need help. I am a healer, I was born to CONNECT with individuals and hold space for those still finding balance in their life! But here's the thing, if I am pouring from an empty cup what good am I doing anyway?? I can not give something I do not have! Power of the mind!

Your mind is your very own personal supercomputer. Just like the algorithms of social media your mind works in the same way. Bringing into your reality more of the likeness you consistently give your attention too. Your mind does not take into consideration your feelings, it does not stop bringing in the likeness simply because you do not desire it. More or less whatever you give your attention too, your mind simply does it job and brings more of it into your perceived reality. This is why it is absolutely important to be the master of your mind. Let's be honest, most of us go on day after day, being the passenger while our minds are on autopilot, simply doing the job it was designed too. Bringing more in of what you do not desire, because the mind is focused on those things most! The mind was designed in this way, so that you a creator, the likeness of God, can manifest your dreams and create the life you do desire!

The mind is not limited to the brain! It is a part of a very vast system called the electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic filed is the ROOT system of all other system that make up your entire human design. Your energetic health is the very foundation that supports your overall physical health, emotional stability and psychological well-being. The electromagnetic system is the system where the soul resides. This powerful energy system keeps recorded of every thought, belief, action and word you have ever spoken. How are you on this Christmas day??

This is the time of year for magic, family and friends. New beginnings for the New year are quickly approaching, but despite all the celebration how are you feeling? Are you feeling Connected, or do you feel a disconnection? If I am being honest and I must! These past few weeks I have felt a disconnection! Many things from this past year are falling away, getting ready for a new harvest to arise! It is PAINFUL! The toil of the soil is the most difficult part, because I refuse to continue to carry burdens that keep me in the cycles of powerlessness. With the becoming of SoulfulLei Connected , and steeping into my purpose, I have had to do alot of inner work because I have found I still carry a lot of fear! Fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of success! I am a Healer this is my purpose, but my beliefs in my inner power, have shown me I was in need of some self love and inner healing. The past month I am doing just that! I took a time out from the digital world, and from the hussle and bussle of everyday to do's!! I am taking time for Lei! One thing I know is I can only help another by going in and discovering my own inner courage and truth!
So on this Christmas day I send all of you LOVE, PEACE and the COURAGE to take care of you!! To thine soulself be true!! It's a NEW YEAR TIME TO CONNECT TO THE NEW YOU!

~ There's going to be Hills and Valleys, it's the path you take that determines the ride!~

This past year, I was graciously reunited with my youngest daughter after 10 years of separation! For nine years I didn't hear her voice or see her face! This past year, my daughter has come to live with me! A literal dream comes true!
Now I would be lying if I went on ranting on how magical, and truly inspiring our truth is. In fact, when my daughter came back to live with me it was the return of my younger self! Wounded, abandoned, hurt, misunderstood, and VERY PI**ED OFF! There have been time periods within her return, I can say I was ready to give up! Honestly, I wanted too. I wanted to return to the illusion of inner peace I had before she came back for reckoning! At least there I didn't have to face the damage I caused directly! Now, I know how this sounds, and I am not ashamed to admit it, because it is in the light of my truth, I can show others how to heal!
Two weeks prior to my daughter calling me for the first time in nine years. I was blessed to have a Spiritual Awakening, and Divine Encounter! In this encounter, it was revealed to me that my daughter would be coming back into my life, and that deeper healing was needed! Nothing however could have prepared me for the depths of this wound!
Upon reflection of our situation, it occurred to me! This is your younger self in the flesh! It was that revelation that helped me understand her! It has helped us to grow closer! I started listening with a different ear, if you will; to what was really being said, when she would display that pain through her words and actions. I stared to identify with her instead of avoid the truth of our situation. The truth is I was absent for 9 years of her life, and the seven I was there, I didn't make it easy for her! I was the hurt she has carried through her life. She had no other direction how could she behave in this healed way I expected her too? She never had that guidance from me as her mother on how to be love, how to be safe, or how to be heard! She was shown to love means to be hurt! How could I expect her to feel safe, when I didn't pour a firm foundation between us? How did I expect her to speak rather than yell, when she didn't feel heard? The past version of me would have allowed this realization, to eat me alive! Today I allow this truth to guide others in their journey through the Hills, and valleys of life!
To be seen, one must see.. To be heard, one must hear... To be respected, one must respect... To be understood, one must be understanding... To be love, ONE MUST BE LOVE!!!

A story of strength, perserverance, and truth as told by me Lei Cluckey, of SoulfulLei Connected!

I am soul, who has traveled a million dark miles to finally stand in the light of personal power and inner freedom! In my journey of true self-discovery, I have traveled through the fields of abuse, abandonment, addiction, extreme loss and imprisonment. Repeating the cycles of trauma that ran deep within me and throughout my family tree.
A cycle I was DETERMINED to stop!

However, I really had no clue what exactly I was trying to stop. I could plainly see the symptoms of the unresolved issues, but what exactly was this issue that kept myself, my family, and many others in a grip of struggle, chaos and separation? I tried many ways, took different routes, and pathways. Gave others authority over my life because, well they could do it better of course! Only to later discover "they" knew no more than me.

I always felt a void within, trying as I might, to fill it with people, places, and things but comfort was short lived. Honestly, I felt like I was always "white knuckling" my life, even on the clear days, I waited with anxiety for the storm clouds to roll in once again! I wanted freedom! I longed to feel CONNECTED!

The curiosity of my mental well-being brought me to the seat of Psychology. This way, I believed I could give the true VIRUS that plagues ourselves, and our loved ones a name. I am so grateful I made that decision, and not because this was my destiny. No, I am grateful because it was the doorway to my destiny! I dove in deep into the ways of the human psyche! I learned so much and found ways to help myself and others. However, it didn't fill the void, my mental health got better, but my heart still ached! There was something missing! Once again, a new quest emerged!

One fine Thursday night, I made the decision to sit still for just a minute. As I sat on my living room floor, a feeling of home rushed over me and anchored my soul. My eyes popped open, and a beautiful melody played from WITHIN! Even as I write, tears of gratitude fall off my cheeks! Yes, a melody from WITHIN! Of course, my mind starts racing, I begin to question my sanity, yet I wanted more! This melody was in the best way I can explain, my home! I realized the jarring of emotions and racing thoughts caused the music to fade out, trying as I might I just couldn't turn it back on! I decided to go to bed, and when I laid down that night, I had the most amazing, heart filling, soul grabbing SPIRITUAL AWAKENING! I was surrounded by so much love, so much worthiness, so much honor and it was ALL for me by the same place we ALL come from! Our Soul's CONNECTION! This CONNECTION it was the REMEDY!

In this CONNECTION massive Healing cycles, and true revelations of MY TRUTH, have become my way of being on this BEAUTIFUL journey! It has been EVERYTHING, but easy!! The spiritual Awakening opened my eyes to the false hood I lived deeply in. Everything I ever thought I knew or believed in was up for more observation, and complete reconstruction! I was stripped to the basics of my belief system, and rebuilt my reality from the ground, and I still continue daily, on my way up!

From that experience came the knowing, that many of us suffer from a spiritual MISUNDERSTANDING! Upon this misunderstanding many generations have been brought up through fear and distortion. Creating a lot of pain and confusion and ultimately separation from truth to be passed down and passed around. A disconnect to our truth as
WE ARE POWERFUL! WE ARE MIGHTY! WE ARE INFINITE! WE ARE ONE!

It's important for me to mention this mission has NOTHING to do with religion or has any relation to religion! This mission is about finding ABSOULTE FREEDOM in
whatever we CHOOSE to EVOLVE in!
My mission is to help others become seen, heard understood and most importantly EMPOWERED to love themselves fearlessly! Transforming from potential into purpose!
