Same great parts, two new builds to choose from! Both these racks utilize our 6" riser brackets on 6.5" and 12.5" uprights. Both of these can be paired with accessory panels matched to the heights of the upright for a unique and functional bed rack! We've sold quite a few of these as "secret menu items" that our customers have pieced together but the time has come to let that secret out!

4wd double cab Toyota Tacoma's weigh approx. 4500 lbs stock with the weight biased towards the front. Ignoring the weight bias, we can assume 1125 lbs per wheel. Our racks are officially rated to hold up to 1000lbs across 2 crossbars and 4 uprights. This test effectively doubled the weight rating, we saw a little deflection on the outside upright bases, but we can attribute this to the truck suspension pushing the rack outwards as it compresses on the rack and the mounts being independent vs joined at the base like they would be on a truck bed. We wanted to run this test at the top setting, but we quickly found out that we needed a taller jack! Next time!

TLDR, our racks will hold your RTTs!

Sometimes you just have to stop for BBQ! This was some of the best we've had.

270 Awning, Weekender water tank, Cattywompas RTT, Shower Awning, Shower, and two 95L rugged cases on our TRUKD bed rack and Mesa Roof Rack. We love this set up, now we are planning mods to get the Taco out even further on tougher trails.
