My top 5 foods to build muscle
1. Eggs
A complete protein all your amino acids
2. Red Meat or ground beef
Complete protein all your carnosine and creatine
3. Chicken and chicken thighs
Another complete protein source
4. Turkey or ground turkey
5. Avocado and leafy green vegetables
Stop eating protein powders and bars that's not real food. Don't eat processed s**t and you won't feel like s**t wake up!
I've noticed from all the years I've been in the gym and clients I've trained. My client base has been professional working women with kids between the age 27 to 55.
One thing I've noticed from women in that bracket over the years. They go about outdated concepts. The eat salads like a rabbit and do 2 to 3 hours of cardio a day doesn't work.
These women that do the cardio based classes and starve themselves. I could do so much more for them with results building muscle eating quality diet. Just a little rant from what I see women just banging their head off the wall and not waking up.
This post is for some out there struggling. About a month ago a friend of my mother his son who was extremely obese hated how he looked and felt took his own life.
It saddened me to hear that because I could have helped him gave him hope to enjoy something in his life. Don't always think I hate working out I hate eating right.
You get to workout you get to eat right. You have that luxury some don't. Appreciate what you have and get to do. You don't have it as hard as some love life.
For me to push you of course but hold you accountable!
I got two new 30 day weight loss/body fat programs.
The first month you do 200 squats a day drink a bottle of Jim Beam a day and don't eat. It's called bottle a day to keep the doctor away!
The second month you smoke 6 packs of ci******es a day do 200 crunches and don't eat. It's called 6 Packs to a 6 pack.

I've recently cut back on supplements protein, creatine, bcca etc. I gave this pre-workout a try geared towards those who intermittent fast. It was amazing clean non stop energy the pump sweet natural taste. I wholeheartedly endorse it.

I've built a bond with him more than just a client it's a friendship. I've really done that with all my clients. But I've changed his life saved him that's what I'm looking for. It motivates me to continue doing this.

Lately I haven't been feeling myself and my workouts have not been fun. Yes even a trainer can struggle sometimes who would have thought.
Anyway I've been so fixated on burning a certain amount of calories for the day for my workout. I've depleted myself restricting calories insane workouts and cardio.
Every workout you do doesn't have to beat previous numbers don't have to do extreme hiit. I'm going back to what I love not worrying about numbers or calories. If you feel good look good that's what matters.
(Easiest diet)
Meal 1
8oz of ground turkey 1 medium sweet potato
Meal 2
8oz grilled chicken half cup of white rice
Snack 1
1 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries 1 cup of grapes
Snack 2
1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 medium banana, 1 apple, 1 large orange
Slightly over 1,500 calories
It only takes me 15 minutes a week to plug my calories into my dashboard of my fitbit. Yet some people don't have time for that but have time to spend 3 to 4 hours on Tik Tok each day.
It's what you place priority on your health looking better holding yourself accountable with what you eat or Tik Tok social media. Only you can make that decision choose wisely.
This is what I love doing always have always will. This is my passion but there are days that frustrate me. I do this for all your benefit to make you the best version of yourself. All I ask is showing up ready to work and take it serious. Your health isn't something to just say I'll do it tomorrow or next week or next month.
I'm going to start doing "check ins" with all my clients each week. To make sure we're on the right track any adjustments need made and to hold you accountable. No slipping by to next week.
