The Double Wide Grill is now Spork Pit. Don't fret, we have some items from the past menu but they have changed a bit. Try our new seitan wings or our smoked brisket. Spork Pit has a complete authentic Texas BBQ menu as well as vegan and vegetarian options. We are working to create some other new items in the future.

In case you haven’t heard . . . Double Wide Grill will be serving our last meals on October 1st, 2023. Beginning October 2nd, Spork Pit will be taking over and dishing out BBQ favorites with the help of our new smokers (now visible on the patio 👀). In addition to the smoked fare, guests can expect new vegan and vegetarian options.

From October 9th-October 31st, a new Halloween experience will be offered. The Cannibal Clown Cafe is a haunted dining and drinking pop-up. Through OpenTable, reservations can be made any time during the event.

After Halloween, the space will undergo a comprehensive makeover and reopen as Spork Island Trading Company in the late spring of 2024. Spork Island is excited to offer the best cocktails, barbecue, and smoked meat birria tacos to the Southside and Pittsburgh communities.
