➡️ Change the Locks: For security reasons, you don’t know how many copies of the keys the previous owner might have made, so it’s crucial to ensure that you’re the only one with access to your home.
➡️ Inspect and Clean: Even if the home looks clean, it's a good idea to do a thorough inspection and cleaning before you fully move in. This ensures that everything is in order and allows you to address any issues early on.
➡️ Set Up Utilities and Change Address: Ensuring that your utilities are set up and your address is updated helps avoid interruptions in service and ensures that you receive mail and important documents at your new address.

🐶 These Frozen Banana & Peanut Butter Bites are easy to make and generally safe for dogs. Here’s a simple recipe:

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana 🍌
• 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (make sure it’s xylitol-free and doesn’t contain added sugar or salt)

Instructions:
• Peel the banana and cut it into small slices.
• Place a small amount of peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
• Place the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put them in the freezer for about 1-2 hours or until the peanut butter is firm and the bananas are frozen solid.
• Once frozen, you can give them to your pet as a cool treat. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
