This practice can reduce stress, increase your enjoyment of food, and help you develop a healthier relationship with what you eat.It’s a way to nourish not just your body, but also your soul. Here’s how you do it: Be Present: Before you start cooking, take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Turn off any distractions like TV or loud music. Focus solely on the task at hand, whether it’s chopping vegetables or stirring a pot. Engage Your Senses: Use all your senses while cooking. Smell the ingredients, listen to the sizzle of food in the pan, touch the texture of the produce, and of course, taste as you go along. Pay attention to how these sensory experiences make you feel.
