Meet our new therapist Lindsay

Lindsay has always had a natural curiosity and passion for healing modalities and was often told growing up that she had a healing touch and presence. Driven by her curiosity and dedication, Lindsay has cultivated her skills, becoming a yoga instructor and a Reiki master. Now, further equipped with an education from Nova Training Center Therapeutic Massage School, she has the knowledge and expertise to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness. Because she enjoys educating and helping others grow, she now teaches Business & Ethics and Reiki at NOVA Training Center.

Lindsay combines her extensive knowledge of the human body with her intuitive sense to tailor each massage session to the unique needs and condition of her clients. Her specialization in Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial Massage, and Reiki supports her ability to address a wide range of needs, from relaxation to rehabilitation, empowering her clients to unlock their fullest potential and embrace a path of wellness that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit.

Good times with my PPMR family. We were missing a couple people but they were with us in spirit and will definitely be with us for our next get together. Our family is steadily growing and we are continuing to provide better quality care with all of our talented therapists. I know for a fact no other place can compare with our experience, skill set and professionalism.

Phi’s journey into the world of massage therapy started 6 years ago with a passion for healing and a desire to help others achieve optimal health. He specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. He believesin the power of touch to heal and rejuvenate the body, and is committed to providing a professional and therapeutic experience for every client.

We like to help and work with all types of athletes. From marathon runners, triathletes to bjj and bodybuilders. We have experienced therapists to help everyone!

When athletes suffer injuries that create scar tissue or muscle dysfunction it can take multiple sessions to address the issue. However, with proper technique and knowledge of body mechanics you can make drastic changes. Our client, came in with a shoulder injury that prohibited him from being able to pose correctly. With deep tissue massage combined with cupping, we were able to make solid changes in 1 session.
