Good morning! I am going live with an express SOULfusion practice @9 am. (Should last about 30 min)

I am going LIVE tomorrow, Monday October 23 @8:55 am with a new collection of SOULfusion! If you have not tried this amazing program (yoga, Pilates, cardio, weights to amazing music) come and join me. All you will need is a mat and water- light weights (2-5 lbs) are optional during 2 sections.

The Plainfield rec center will be closing tomorrow (Wednesday 2/2)at 12 noon and will be closed all day Thursday in anticipation of the forecasted ice and snow. I will be teaching my 9 and 10 am yoga classes.
